Hey all, quick question. I was a Seasonal CM and my last day of work was (I think) towards the end of June 2011, sometime after June 11 which will be my arrival date this coming CP. If that's the case and my last day I worked in 2011 was after June 11 will I be able to bypass Traditions this year? Also if I am able to, how do I get my Disney ID?

No bypassing Traditions. You're considered a rehire, and all rehires must go back through Traditions. But the good news is the CP Traditions is a bit different than the regular class.

Awesome thanks for the response. Should of said earlier I did the cp once before. No problem going back to traditions lol thanks again.

I did the fall 2011 program and am planning on applying for Spring Advantage 2013. If I were to be accepted, I'd have to go through Traditions again?

yes, if you are fully separated from the company, especially for a matter of years, you have to go through traditions.

If you are seasonal in between your programs and work shifts in between I believe you are bypassed. In my case I was seasonal for the year between my programs and worked a shift the week prior to beginning my second CP and was bypassed through Traditions. Even if I hadn't worked that shift I still would have been bypassed as my ID was active.
