Bubba's Mom will be MIA Sat.- Wed. (8/12-16)...... going to VA to visit some friends for the weekend and then taking DS to Kings Dominion... should be a nice little get-a-way!! Looking forward to riding the Hanna Barbera ride that USED to be at Universal, but is now there (supposedly). That was the absolute FIRST ride we ever rode at Universal when it opened.... be kinda nostalgic to ride it again.... So, after tonite, catch you next Thursday!

Bye Bubba's mom! We are off tomorrow as well for two days at Dorney, a day at Great Adventure, 3 days in NYC, a day in SF New England, a day at the Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid and then two days in Montreal. Can't wait but gotta clean my house before my parents arrive to dogsit!

We were at Kings Dominion at the end of June. The Hannah Barbara ride was there, but it showed after 4:00PM. Spongebob showed until then and Hannah took over. Hope the Volcano is working for you, it was down when we were there. Have fun

damo, thats some trip! Lots of places to cover. The Whiteface Lodge is beautiful and Lake Placid is so quaint. Its a great town to visit. We went to the Grand Prix in Montreal and had a blast! Hope you enjoy NYC the weather is supposed to be excellent. Have fun.

Have a great time Bubbasmom.we live about 40 min. from Kings Dominion and haven't been in a few years!I guess thats what happens when you live so close.Only about 20 min. from Williamsburg,hardly ever visit anything there but H2O country!

Wow, I'm so jealous. I'm going to have to tell DH he must take me somewhere this weekend. I have to do something to pass the time, if so many on the DIS are away from their computer. I suppose I could do laundry & clean the house. NAH!!!!

Thanks....we'll do! And Tammy, about that "laundry & clean the house" thing.......NAH!!! why bother.... only gets dirty again and if you run out of clean clothes, go SHOPPING for new ones!

We did!! And, lemme tell ya.......JN is SO much better than the Hanna Barbera show......no wonder Universal replaced it! Better show, effects, storyline, etc.......way to go Universal!

and jillybeene71~ you need to go thru your 'user cp' and "edit signature"...after that, i couldn't tell ya, cuz DH did it for me!
