BWV Waitlist came through!!!!!!!!

We had scheduled OKW for mid-October and we waitlisted for a studio at Boarwalk. We got the notification that it was available and we were automatically moved!!!! DVC rocks!!

YES! I agree--DVC is the best and no, I am not biased. But seriously, I love the waitlist!! I think it's a GREAT service for DVC members. Have a great trip!

I'm curious - how long is your stay going to be? I'm waitlisted in November and not very hopefully because I'm trying to obtain a week in a 2 bedroom.

Yesterday I cut our planned vacation over Halloween short by two days and found out today that we got into BWV preferred view 1BR. My DH is so excited b/c he didn't want to stay at VWL. We're still wait listed for the standard view, but we're still so happy!

I am on the Waitlist for nov.25 thru the 30 as well.... for a preferred view studio. I am sweating it out....does it make a difference which view you ask for?

I too will be at BWV during this period having assembled our stay from the waitlist. (we are members at VWL because BWV had sold out!)

If you see an overweight, bearded, balding guy in an electric wheelchair, give me a wave!!

yes, the waitlist is awesome!!! It worked for us to!!!

we wanted BWV for oct 20 - 28th, and it was booked, so I went on the waitlist, and about 3 days later it came through.

We were booked at OKW but on waitlist for BWV for October 31 thru November 6. So far the waitlist has come through for the first 4 days. We are really hoping to stay on Boardwalk the whole trip. When we asked to be put on waitlist we were told that it was doubtful because of the food an wine festival so we are thrilled to be at BWV at least part of the time.
