Spent 5 days a BWV, room 3077. Had a great time just wanted to state some observations.

Good
- BWV is a great resort (we own at BCV and SSR) but BWV is simply the best
- Loved the shows on the Boardwalk every night. Its great free entertainment. The boardwalk is just filled with life at night
- Restaurants are always great (ESPN just adds so much)
- SSR has the other really great location. SSR and Downtown Disney are going to be really special
- I love yealling "welcome home" if the guard forgets to say it. They are so surprised and smile and say welcome home right back
- Dinner at Cape Mays was great
- Disney cast memebers were all great
- Room was wonderful

Bad
- We were there until the 6th of January, Disney leave the Christmas themes up way to late.
- Just an obseration, it looks like most DVC's are packing way over the number they are supposed to in every year
- It pretty obvious that a Contemporary resort is coming but that hotel reall needs a lot of work. Spent tons of time there and I love the place but they may have to level the place. It does not look futuristic. It is gray and depressing, Bay lake lost a lot when the killed the waterpark and the little island zoo. It is obvious that they need DVC to breath life into the whole area.
- Transportation seems way to slow (buses, boats), about 30 Min
- I always get mad when they make me wait until 4PM to check in. Is the the norm at most hotels. It just seems it kills an entire day. Its really tough with little ones that need naps. They need to clean a little quicker.

Overall the BWV Rock!

I agree with this point. Disney just can't seem to fix it.

Seems the problem is the consistancy. It was great when we were there in October, never waited for a bus more than ten minutes, always had a seat. Two years previous it was horrible, long waits, full buses.

Why is January 6th too late for Christmas decorations? Many people like to go in early January to get the last glimpse of the decorations. Many places here still have decorations up. You may get tired of them but I wouldn't put it in the "bad" column.

Check-in is officially 4:00pm. Checkout is 11:00am and many people stay in the room until that time.
