Just an FYI:

I have been calling day by day to secure my reservation for 12/5-12/11/08. This morning I called to add 12/8 on and she said sorry it's booked . I was pretty sure she was wrong and then she said sorry I was looking at 12/4. So, if you are looking for a BW or standard view they are completely booked 12/4.

Yes, it is those commercial renters. Just booked all those rooms. At least now they won't be able to steal all the rooms over NYE because I need two of them at SSR or OKW.

Commercial renters refers to those who regularly rent their points on an ongoing basis, rather than actually using them, primarily as a profit-making business or enterprise.

They differ from the regular DVC member who only rents out points periodically (excess points, or getting cash for a cruise, etc.).
