BWV studio renovations

Anyone have any updates on how the BWV renovations are progressing?

We mostly are wondering if we should bring our portable DVD player, or if there will be one in our studio already. I did request a high floor near the elevator, FWIW.

I believe the completion date is January, so it's possible you will get an unrenovated one. I've found requests at BWV are difficult, so I would not count on a certain location.

Unless something changed, DVD players are not in any DVC studios. They are only in 1BR and larger with a living room.

definitely in studios that i've stayed in at AKV and OKW. pretty sure they are in the studios at SSR as well.

there was definitely one in our SSR studio earlier this year. From what I read about the BWV renovations, they are being put in the studios there as well.

We stayed in a studo at BWV this past September. We were on the 5th floor and the room was renovated. They did have DVD players.

I'm here at Boardwalk now in studio on fourth floor and the room has not been renovated. Small TV (compared to other DVC studios) and no DVD player.

I am in standard over by entrance circular driveway,valet area(not too much business so far for them) and noisy area but close to elevator...not trilled with location booking 11 months out, but my bad for not requesting something...just was glad to be coming this time(had heath issues and thought we would not be coming at all , so still in a fog).

I sure do hope so. Got to get this bad thing out of my body and then hope for the best...as with this trip if there is a way I will get here... I feel better already, just have to go back and face the other stuff..Thank you for asking..

I would expect valet activity to be way down now that they charge DVC members.
