My husband and I are staying in a BWV studio for 2 nights in October, and then moving to a 1 Bed at VWL for 6 nights. I am wondering how many groceries we can get into the fridge in the studio. We want to buy enough groceries so that we can cook breakfast everyday for our 6 night stay at VWL and enough to cook dinner for atleast 5 nights. In addition, we would also need room for beer and soda. Am I better off having the grocerices delivered once we get to VWL or do you think I can fit it all in the studio fridge and then take it over to the VWL? Thank you for your help. This will be our first trip "home" so I am not really sure what to expect in terms of room for food storage.

Here's a photo of the fridge

It's not the real small size but it's a long way from a full-size fridge. DVC does have refrigeration for your groceries while you move but I think it might be better to delay the "big shop" until you are in your bigger unit. It will hold quite a bit of soda, snacks, etc. but I don't think it can handle a full week's worth of groceries in one shot. It also can't really hold frozen items.

Wow! I am thinking from the looks of that refrigerator that we wont be able to fit everything in it. Thank you for the picture! It was very helpful!

We always stay in a studio for a few days and then move to a one bdrm and we stay in the same resort. I wouldn't even think of trying to fit all of that food into the studio fridge, much less trying to move it to another resort. As previously mentioned, you would be much better off making two grocery runs.
