In the past I have been able to book a studio for 5. I just tried to book one and they had me give the name for the 5th person but said there are no guarantees that I would get this studio and that I wouldn't know until room assignments are made. This doesn't make sense to me....I don't want to show up and be over occupancy. Thoughts?

The room will have 1 queen bed, 1 double sleeper sofa. Some of the studios have a small padded bench (about crib size). I'm really surprised they took your reservation for 5 (unless one person is under 3).

Studios are max 4. You can have a 5th if they are under 3.

Hmmmm...it was for 1 adult and 4 kids ranging from 5-14. Maybe I should call back and add a studio so there are no problems later.

I would, if only for my own sanity. Five in a studio doesn't sound like much of a vacation to me. Note, though, that they may not be near one another. You can request it, but it is not guaranteed. A 2BR might work much better for you.
