BWV Studio Best location?

Planning on requesting a studio at BWV in May 2013 which I am hoping to get at the 7 month window.
My first choice would be Boardwalk view but maybe the chances of getting this are slim.
What sort of view and location would the Preferred view be and what are your opinions on each and what room requests would you recommend on each view?
Never stayed at BWV and would really appreciate your comments.

If you get preferred view, I loved the village green area. Plus you can see the boardwalk from the village green area. If you don't get the boardwalk view, this would be the next best thing. The studios in the village green area are dedicated, so no connecting door.
