I am staying at the BWV for the first time. This is my first WDW trip as a DVC member. I just closed on a HH contract a few months ago was able to get a room at the BWV for the week of May 14-21.

I have a studio Board Walk view. What type of room request should I make?

I would like to be in a room to the left when looking at the resort from the boardwalk. Is the rooms to the right DVC rooms also, or are they Inn rooms?

Thank you for your help inadvance.

Just reading your post quick, i think you have things backwards. Looking at the resort from the lake/boardwalk the BWV are to the right, the inn rooms are to the left. This is from the center pier area.

Do a search for a map and you will see it better.

All the boardwalk views should be great. Maybe just ask for a high floor, non smoking. :wave2:

I agree with Dave, request a room on the higher floors so you get a better view of Epcot and get away from the BW noise.

There is a request you can make that will put you in one of two areas over the boardwalk. All the 2BR units (with lock-off studio) are over the Big River Grille and where the DVC office used to be, meaning they run from the Big River to Jellyrolls. All the boardwalk view dedicated studios are overlooking the courtyard and running over the general store until you get to the Big River. Thus if you want to be closer to the courtyard and elevators, ask for a dedicated studio; if you want to be further down, ask for a lock-off.
