BWV standard room request and question

Hi everyone. I just tried using the online chat feature on the DVC member website to make a room request. We will be staying in a standard view studio and I wanted to request "across from bus transportation" The CM insisted that he couldn't make that request. He said how the bus was on the Inn side and that I had to walk to through the lobby. I told him there was a pathway across from the bus stop and he insisted that there wasn't and that he couldn't make that request. I know the experts out there know the area I am talking about. What should I request so that I can possibly get that area? Also are all the rooms refurbished yet or if I want a refurbed room should I include that in the request also? Call MS - my guess is that the chat people are using a checklist of "common/general requests". MS has access to a free form option.

FWIW, I seldom find the chat feature useful and wither send an email or call with requests.

Good question, there are standard view fire door exits but I think that the go towards the parking lot not the bus stop.

There is a door under the x123 rooms (the ones with the extra large wrap around balconies). From that door there is a walkway to a crosswalk that leads directly to the bus stop shelter. I've walked it many times. I've personally asked for a "high floor across from the bus stop" many times and have rec'd that request more than half of the time. I don't think the chat group has any connection to MS and is there primarily to answer generic questions.

OP - all the BWV rooms are refurbished now and I also think all of the outside work is done, too - believe they've moved on to the Inn side for the power washing.
