BWV SS or other onsite 27/2-3/3 2005

I am new to this concept, but it certainly intrigues me.

I am looking for WDW accomodation for 2 adults and 3 kids 12, 8 & 5 from 27 Feb - 3 march 2205. That is for 4 nights. The boardwalk looks great and I understand Sarasota Springs is close too.

I would like a one bedroom, (I asume I can smuggle in kid number 3) How many ppoints do I need to do this, the site seems to suggest about 100. I am assuming that I can do this for about $900 us. Or have I interpreted the info completely wrong?

If anyone can help me or just educate me, let me know.

You will need to rent a minimum of 110 points for your trip and that is for the OKW Resort. The preferred view, one bedroom villas at the Boardwalk require 150 points for the 5 nights.
