Hi, I was wondering if someone could recommend a room# at the BoardWalk Villas 1 bedroom with a good pool view or garden view

AFAIK there are a couple corner rooms with more windows. I did a quick search and couldn't find anything, however I know I seen info out there...good luck it will be worth it if you can get one.

We've stayed in 1 BR at BWV and the only windows are the sliding patio doors in the LR and BR and are very cave like. Location is why we stay there. Good luck!

If you don’t mind afternoon noise, a View of Luna Park Pool is pretty. If you want quiet, then request View of Quiet Pool or View of Croquet Lawn. There are also a very few 1BR with View of Village Green, which is the lawn on the Boardwalk side between the Villas and the Inn.

If you don’t mind afternoon noise, a View of Luna Park Pool is pretty. If you want quiet, then request View of Quiet Pool or View of Croquet Lawn. There are also a very few 1BR with View of Village Green, which is the lawn on the Boardwalk side between the Villas and the Inn.

We were on the ground floor level with a view of the pool in May. People were walking by and it was weird so we had the drapes closed making it even more cave like. We asked for a high floor, so no, you don't always get your requests and we tried at the desk - another no. I agree the view would have been great from the 3rd floor!

The three corner 1BRs that are larger than others and have more windows are standard view, not pool/garden view villas. For pool/garden. view, I consider higher floor to be the most important lead request (better views and less noise from the ground level area).

Beyond that, it is a matter of preferences. If you want fairly quick access to lobby, stores, main pool, boat dock, and buses request room in the Luna Park pool area, but that area has the highest noise risk during the day for a pool/garden view room. If you want a fairly quiet area but do not mind the risk of long walks to the elevator and lobby, then request a room in the quiet pool area; moreover if you want shortest trip from the resort on foot to Studios, add to that a request to be far from the elevator. If you want a channel and partial lake view, request room in the Activity Lawn area -- named such when BWV was young and they had croquet games on the lawn but have had no activities at all there since the 1990s; the downside to that area is likely noise from boat horns passing by and the rooms are far from the elevator, lobby, boat dock and bus station/

We had room 4090 in September. It was a dedicated 1 bedroom (I seriously had no idea that was a thing --- but there was no door connecting it to another room) on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. I would love having this room again. It was a little farther from the elevator than I may have wanted, but was wonderful in so many ways.
