BWV- Room Assign- When??

Just curious...how far in advance will they assign our room at BWV's to us...we are staying mid August, on points.

Individual reservations are downloaded into the resort computer about 5 days ahead of arrival. I'd recommend noting your requests through DVC so that is noted on your reservation. Then, when your reservation is downloaded into the resort computer, they'll see the requests noted. If you'd like, you can call or fax the resort 5 days ahead to reiterate any requests. They'll try their best to accomodate you based on availability.

Requests should be made at the time you make the reservation (or as soon as you can). The general rule for the DVC resorts on points is that requests are filled based on when the request was made - so someone who made their reservation 11 months ago and made a specific request will have priority over someone making the same request 2 months ago.
