BWV renovations

Will the renovations at BWV include the chair bed like they have at Vero Beach? Would be a nice addition to a 1 BDR.

I doubt it, I don't think there is room. A friend used the sofabed when we stayed there last October and when pulled out it took up most of the living room.

It is a shame though. Chair beds are great even for not so short people

Nothing has been mentioned about fold out chairs. What has been mentioned is that existing furniture will be refinished or re-upholstered, indicating that chairs will not change.
