I bought my mug at the Boardwalk Bakery, and refilled it at the bakery and the pizza window. Some mornings, they sold pastries in the lounge on the lobby level, and you could get them refilled there as well. It was too cold to swim while I was there, so I don't know if you can refill them at the pool or not.
The mug refills at the Boardwalk were a bit odd. In the mornings, they took the mugs and refilled them. In the afternoon, they filled papercups and gave me the papercup. One nice lady at the pizza window gave me a large cup of diet coke instead of the kid sized on that they usually give.
