I'm new to this whole DVC thing. My DH and I have a buisness confernce at the BWI Nov 11-Nov14, 2004 and were thinking about renting points for a studio at BWV. 1- Isi t too late to do this? 2- Is there a way to get receipts for reimbursement purposes from his work?
You would have to get a receipt from the DVC Member who would be renting you the points. I bet the IRS and your employer wouldn't accept that for a receipt from a Hotel.

The IRS would accept that, but the renter better make sure that he or she claims this as income, because you as the rentee will be taking a partial deduction for this since it isn't all work?
Make sure you have all pertinent information on this receipt.
