BWV preferred view

We are renting BWV 2 bedroom over Halloween week and requested water view how much of a chance do we have getting on the Boardwalk/water view?

If you are "renting" as in renting points from a DVC owner, the DVC member will have had to request Boardwalk view. If they did, you have it , no questions asked. It is a view that is able to be reserved. If they didn't, you won't get it. It's also probably too late to request it now. That is during the Food & Wine Fest and the place is sold out.
