I searched for this question but couldn't find an answer. Is there a minimum height for the slide? Can you read a child on your lap? How deep is it where the slide ends? My son will be 3-1/2 and loves to swim. He is very adventurous. I am the nervous one. I am sure he will want to try this slide, since his bigger brother will definitely be doing it. Thanks.

There is no height requirement, however a child may not sit on your lap. They have to be able to go down by themselves. There are life vests at community hall, our 4 year old wore it the whole time!!! HE was able to swim around and go down the slide over and over. Hope I answered your question.

my little one wanted to do this and I stayed near the bottom of the slide and helped her out when she hit the water. She just grabbed my hand and swam to the side after going down it. She was 4 or 5 then.

It is a really big and bumpy slide!!! He will probably love it....you will be terrified watching him love it. :scared:

I'm only 5'2" and I could stand at the end of the slide but just barely as I remember from last summer so it's probably 4' deep at the end...It's a funs lide--My daughter has stayed at 5 on site properties and this is the only slide that has made a lasting impression..so much so that it cinched the deal for us to stay there again this year!

Hope your son loves it!

There isn't a height requirement and unlike SAB's slide the water is not that deep at the bottom of the slide. Even my 6 year old could touch the bottom. Plus, parents can wait at the bottom of the slide. At SAB, the lifegaurds tell all the parents to move.

The depth of the pool at the bottom of the water slide is 3' 6".
