I would try to find an owner directly who has BRV or CCV points. You will probably pay similar to what you are paying David's, and you could get the resort you want (if availability). There are a few places you can find owners to rent direct, I have done this a few times with no issues.

At this point, the OP’s problem is going to be limited availability, not just finding an owner with points to rent. CCV isn’t going to happen. There are only 1- and 2-night stays left for November. BRV is almost as bad for all but one week of the entire month, and the members’ website doesn’t indicate whether that’s one studio or 20. The OP wants 2 studios.

OKW and SSR, by virtue of their sizes, are the OP’s best chance of securing 2 DVC studios in November at this late date.

You need to book whatever the rental company has available. DVC studios during the fall are increasingly hard to book. If you wait too long, only SSR and OKW will have studios available. If the rental company has an owner with BWV points available for you, take it. Quickly. Those studios will be gone soon.

I’m serious. There aren’t two BWV studios available for a full week in November 2020. It won’t matter if the rental company is able to line up a BWV owner (or two) at this point. The owners would not be able to secure two studio reservations for the OP.

The OP would be better off setting their sights on one of the larger resorts or booking regular hotel rooms at a resort that suits their budget. And if they want a DVC studio, making the change of their request sooner rather than later will be essential.

Thanks! I didn’t take the time to look at the dvc availability tool before posting! But, I own at BWV and now how hard it is to book studios during the fall/Christmas season!
