BWV online check in experiences

We are heading down to the BWV for a quick 3 day trip...wondering if anyone has any experiences good and bad with the online checkin at BWV....requests granted/lost due to online check in....Thanks in advance for your help

We used the new on-line check in during our trip this past March. It worked fine at BWV. My brother in law checked in at the same time as us without benefit of the on-line check in. It took him about 3 minutes longer, and both of our rooms were ready when we checked in. I'll try the same experiment for my next trip in May, but so far don't see any major advantage.

thanks for sharing your experience...since we are arrivng late i was trying to figure out if the online checkin was worth doing to maybe help with our requests

We have used on-line check-in several times and it caused us problems. In my opinion, it is of little benefit if any for the Member.

Some have reported this over writing their previous requests with no good way to reinstate them as part of the online check in process.
