BWV now included in October FP+ Testing??

Up until today it was a no go, but I logged on to my DH's account and he has the option to choosing FP+. However, it seems only for himself and no one else in the party because we can't get our Green PAP linked to the MDE account. So anyone out there staying at BWV who previously couldn't choose FP+ might want to take another look. I guess if I can't get my Green PAP linked, this is of no use to us. I've got everyone's accounts linked together and all my family are on, but says no valid admission next to them. My DH is the only one that has a linked admission (his new voucher).

Yes I now see this available for our Oct BWV stay. We have 1 night tacked on the end of this stay at AKV and I had already ordered my magic bands for this stay. Glad to see I now can use FP+ for the entire stay.

Glad to see this too, but I'm not sure if it's still testing, or if it's going LIVE because many resorts seem to be added today. Sadly I just got off the phone with tech support and I can't link my Green PAP to my account. I've tried everything and the tech said that there's a problem linking PAPs to MDE, so right now only my DH can select FP because he has a voucher linked and will pick up a new PAP next month. The rest of us have the green PAP that we all switched for in May. The tech did say that my DH could order FP and we could all link to his once we check in....I'm skeptical....but will try.

We are at SSR Oct 29- Nov 13 and just today we are able to customize MB and get fp+!!!

Yeah I have a problem too with this reservation due to the fact that we have 2 different DVC logins because of memberships deeded differently. Can you share with me the tech support phone number?

Its the new Premium Annual Pass that they made us exchange our old PAP for in May. It is Green and has a disney character on it and a chip in it. Seems you can link regular APs, but according to the tech, they are having problems linking these Premium APs.

I called 407 393 4357 surprisingly I was only on hold for about 10 minutes.

We linked our PAP to our account no problems. It's the dvc pap that we got on the RFID cards in May.

We are staying at BWV Oct. 30-Nov. 6. Yes, today we do have a special pop up on MDE confirming our address for MB delivery, but it does not allow me to customize the bands....it still only shows our cards.

I don't want to confirm the address because I'm afraid they will just send plain bands. Does anyone have any foresight into this situation?

However, inside I am so I was hoping for MBs!

I've been trying forever and the tech said there's a glitch in the system....hmmmm......she said we will be able to link them in person. I will try my daughter's card and her family. Maybe some of them will work. Wonder why you were able to do it. Did you exchange yours at the Odys. Building or at guest relations? Or did you activate new ones?? I still have my old AP attached to my account and wondered if that caused the problem.

Thanks for posting this. I was unsure as well whether to proceed to confirm my address because it gave me the impression that I missed the opportunity to customize the bands. Then I saw your post and clicked to confirm!

I have fort wilderness 2 nts (cash res)and 4nts bwv on dvc oct30-nov5. Able to book fp+ yesterday and customize bands today! I think they are letting it go live to Disney faithful/those that know due to boards,etc,maybe not full on yet as no advertising. In other words if you just try it, it works. But who else knows just to try it?

Update. I menioned in an earlier post I could not link my exchange green PAP to my MDE account and called IT and was told there was an issue in linking this pass. I did find out that this only seems to be an issue for the exchange Green RF PAP, if you had an AP and they exchanged it for a green one in May at the Odysey Building. My daughter and family picked up new PAPs in May at guest relations and all of those passes were easily linked to her MDE account. So now everyone in my traveling party has a valid admission except me. I did take a look at Managed FP+ on the MDE account and did see where you can copy your FP+ to other members of your party and it works easily. I was told that by the IT CM and did it with my daughter's family and it worked just fine. So this explains why some with green PAPs can link and why some can't. I would love to hear if anyone with a green exchange PAP had success in linking. I did note to the CM that my old AP is still listed as my affiliation. All I can do is keep trying to see if they fixed the issue.

thanks so much for posting this - site said we had better hurry, as our "magic bands are ready to ship"
now i got to customize them first

a few things:
- we will be at the BWV oct 5-15, but can (currently) book FP+s from oct 12 on.
- selections were limited; attractions disappeared, then reappeared - some weren't an option on all days. quite a few options (figment, GMR, SSE, muppets, maelstrom, etc) are usually walk-ons anyway

our biggest concern is how FP+ will affect park-hopping (since we only go on our favorite one or maybe 2 rides in each park, then another park later).

I exchanged my Tyvek PAP for a RFID PAP card in the Odyssey building last April. I WAS able to link it to MDE a while back and have ordered Magic Bands and FP+ for our Oct. trip.

I am still having problems. My will call AP is linked but my husbands isn't. I called tech support and she attempted to correct the issue. She was unable to, so she transferred me to tech escalation. I am waiting to hear back.
