BWV -- Is this a bad idea?

Melody, we also rented points before we bought. We stayed at VWL in April and then came home and bought at BWV and BCV You will have a great time!! I hope you don't take what some of the posters wrote on here personally. I myself as a member see nothing wrong with a renter calling to check on their reservation. I did it when I rented and it took all of 30 seconds to do.
