BWV is sold out correct?

I have an intesersting situation. I have a wait list at BWV for the period 4/1 - 4/4. I looked on-line today and it was available for cash price. I then called WDW reservations and they offered it for cash as well. It makes sense to me that if this resort is sold out that it should be avaiable to me for points.

Any thoughts?

Not really. DVC still owns 3% of inventory, and these are cash rooms. Also if another DVC'er has traded out those rooms tuen into cash rooms...face it, DVC can't pay for an African Safari in points, that's cold hard cash, and so they need to have cash incoming to offset this.
