BWV Inventory

Did anyone else get the email about BWV inventory? I own at boardwalk. I wonder if they are selling it for the same price as the newer resorts. Anyone know what the rates are?

I got one, and basicly it says, that there is point inventory available for add-ons from Disney for purchase.

DH and I are about to add on at BWV! Is it bad news? Do they not have any inventory? I really don't want to buy resale. I would rather buy through Disney.

My email said it had xxx number of points available in my UY and how much a 25 point contract would be.

I got it. 1,000 points available for April use year. $2,450 for 25 points.

I didn't get one either. And I was debating on whether to add on to Boardwalk or spring for SSS or AKL.

Maybe it is available for only certain use years?

This is the one I got too. My UY is April. I'm thinking I might add on more. I swore no more until CRV, but we know what happens when we get the "itch".

It's probably related to our use years. I'm an APRIL. What is everyone else?

I did not get an email and I called this AM to add on with a Dec U/Y and was put on a waitlist.

Our use year is April and we got the email as well. We were staying at BWV last week and received a call in our room from our guide letting us know there were points available in our use year.

We were at OKW last month and received a few phone messages about OKW points available for purchase. I went to the desk in the lobby and spoke to the girl there and she told me what the price was (same as the other resorts, in essence, nothing that isn't being offered to everybody else). I do not remember what the price was though, other than she mentioned the price was increasing in early June. Apparently Disney has snatched up alot of points that they can offer to people. She did mentioned they had various use years available.

Interestingly, we don't own at OKW and we do own at BWV. I believe we have March and June contracts.

Just an update: these points didn't last too long. I called and checked and they are gone. Of course I couldn't resist and am on the waitlist now (again).
