BWV help?

I thought some DVCers might be able to help me with my questions about BWV. I was reading about the villas on this sight and it talks about villas by the Luna pool and the Villas by the quiet pool by community hall. Are the Villas spread out through the resort? We have stayed at BCV and there they were grouped together. Can non DVCers get on the waiting list for a room? The reason I ask is that we are staying in a 2 bdrm and when we wanted to add on a night (into peak season) we had to cancel a night in value for the 2bdrm and rebook a 1bdrm for 2 nights to start in value season so we didn't have to pay peak price but unfortunately a 2bdrm was not available. We really would like the 2bdrm. I hope that wasn't to confusing. TIA aw:

Basically, if you were standing on the beach at the Beach Club looking at The Boardwalk, the Inn rooms are on the left end of the building, and the Villas are on the right end. Non DVC member can make ressies in the Villas subject to avalibility. Villa room views include both that you mentioned and views overlooking the Boardwalk itself.

Some of the hallways at the BWV are pretty long, they seem to go for miles (especially to some of us who stay at the other resorts).
