BWV Ground Floor?

I accidently posted this on the restrautnts thread... We are a family of 4 (with a stroller for our little one) and are looking at BWV. I'm concerned with the one set of 3 elevators and the long walk we'd have to walk to get to them from our room. Has anyone had luck requesting ground floor or are those the handicapped rooms? We would prefer not to have a handicapped room but would if it meant not having to lug a stroller up stairs...

You can request it, most are not handicapped. Since there are elevators, there are handicapped rooms on each floor.

You may want to request close to elevator. Many of the ground floor rooms are a long distance to the bus stop.
