As far as I know, yes, subject to availability. But is there ever any availability for a BW GV? No clue, but I'm thinking they would be pretty tough to get through CRO.

The only way they would be available is if CRO snapped one up with point exchanges for cruise etc if one was available. I'm guessing they might do that for holiday time. We have seen some prime units snapped up by CRO with exchanges in that time period before. It's unlikely though, since there are only 7 GVs at BWV. I'm going to guess it would be easier at SSR and OKW.

There have been a few reports of BWV GVs available for cash via CRO/WDWTC. IIRC, mostly for Friday and Saturday nights.

Never hurts to call and ask.

I was on the website checking for a ressie for the week before Christmas. I was surprised to see a grand villa available for a CR....especially for a week AND on such short notice.

I just called to check on a 2BR for cash and all they had was a GV for $1900+ per night (no discount available, darnnit), so I passed. So it looks like they are available.
