That sounds close. I believe the handicapped boardwalk views are around x047 or x049, the corner of the building near the dock.

all I know is it's not either of the 2 story GV's

DVCnews.com has room #3047 listed as the handicapped room. I am not sure how reliable that website is...hope this helps, I do not have first hand knowledge.

I believe there are only 4 Boardwalk Grand Villas. We stayed in a 2 story a couple years ago. I think there are 2 one story(handicap acces.) and 2 two story. I will tell you if you are going on a long trip like we did 12 nights you better like the people your with. Its a big room but you still always with the people your on the trip with there is no break from them.

There are 7 total. 5 one story and 2 two story.

Both 2 stories are on the 5th floor under the Boardwalk sign. There are also 2 one stories beneath those on the 4th and 3rd floors. The other 3, including the handicapped, are above the store on the corner near the dock, 3rd, 4th, 5th floors.
