Bwv..early Check In?

Can you request an early check in at the villas? We will be there from 7-11 to 7-18 and are staying the first 2 nights at AKL and then moving over Sunday to BWV.

My plan is to go over in the morning to check in and get our length of stay passes.........we are then planning on going to a park and midday going back to villa to do grocery shopping.....what time do you think we might get in...we have a 1BDR with standard view..

It's the luck of the draw.. BWV does not have early check in...that being said 2/3 times we switched hotels we have been able to go right to our room. Both times we checked in prior to 7am...But I would imagine it would depend on if anything was available.....

We stayed at Boardwalk Inn last December for 1 night before moving to Boardwalk Villas standard 1 bedroom. I went to the front desk at 10am to check-in. Our room was not ready, I knew the hotel was full, so I expected that. We arrived back about 2:30pm, there was a line at the front desk, so i used a house phone in the lobby to call. Wasn't ready. Others were sitting in the lobby waiting. Called again about 3:15pm and it was ready. The December before we arrived about 1:30pm, it was't ready, we went to lunch at Big River Grill and came back about 2:30pm and it was ready. Alot depends on how many rooms were empty the night before and how many have to be cleaned. You also have a better chance if you will take any room, not any particular request.

You should be able to check-in and take care of your passes immediately after checking out of AKL and traveling over to BWV. Of course, that doesn't mean your room will be ready.

If you dress for the day when leaving AKL, it shouldn't be a big deal. You can just go over to BWV and check-in, then go and enjoy yourselves in the parks until the room is ready. Last time we did something like this, they gave us a card with a number to call and check on the room. That way, you can call from the parks and not come back until the room is ready.
