BWV Chances?

We are considering buy at the HHI but I would like to know what our chances are to booking at the BWV for a studio on the first of the year in 2008 with only the 7 month window?

Weekends are tough to book any time at the BWV, but you never know. The mail rule of thumb is buy where you want to stay.

If you mean New Year's Eve, your chances of booking BWV at the 7 month mark are very close to zero.

If you are willing to call day by day (and are willing to use the waitlist), you have a reasonable shot at the rest of the week. However, you will be competing with a lot of other members booking at the 7 month mark. Many schools will have that week off and I believe Disney is still scheduling the marathon for the first weekend in January.

You are very unlikely to snag a standard view or a guaranteed Boardwalk view, but should be able to get PV -Pool/Garden. JMHO. YMMV.

I agree 12/31 and 1/01 are going to be the hardest days to get. I think you'll likely get 1/02-the end of the week without having to waitlist if you call at 7 months. If you want New Years Eve and New Years Day - prepare to waitlist.
