Boardwalk had a full refurbishment in 2009/2010.

We were just @ BWV a couple weeks ago & our studio looked good. Will be @ BCV this weekend. Keep you posted !

BCV has not had a full refurbishment yet. Soft goods have been replaced, televisions replaced, units painted, carpet replaced. Disney does not pay for refurbishment of DVC resorts. Members pay for these. BCV is only about 11 years old. OKW was about 17 years old before it got a refurbishment. And then it was only about 85-90% refurbished. They did nothing in the bathrooms and very little in the kitchens.

BCV is scheduled for a refurbishment starting early 2014.
