are all of the balconies at BWV open?? I mean are any of them enclosed like the dormers at the GF or WL?? I really prefer open balconies, and am hoping they are all like that at BWV (one less thing to worry about on my requests!!! ) :)

thanks! Laura :) :) :)

There are at least some that overlook Luna Pool where the front of the balcony is solid. You have to stand to see from these balconies. I'm sorry I don't recall which rooms had this.

The lower balconies are more enclosed. The higher ones are open.

We were in a dedicated studio (studio +) last time 'home'. Our balcony was one that was enclosed, we had to stand up to enjoy the view but it was MUCH larger than more open types before. Checking out my postcard of the Luna Pool (we keep it on the refrigerator to remind us of 'home' ;) ) I see a few scattered enclosed balconies on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor there are some that appear to be somewhat enclosed on the sides, but have at least 1/2 railing. There are also some like this on floors 1-4 at the end of a 'finger' near the waterslide. Then there are those where stayed on the 4th floor with no railing - only solid wall.

Hope that you get what you are looking for.

We were on the 4th floor over the quiet pool (top floor in that section), dedicated 1 bedroom. Our balcony was open and stretched from the bedroom door over to the living room door.

Last month, I stayed in a studio on the 4th floor--with a solid balcony. Since I'm short, I could barely see over the thing when I was standing! I decided at that time to skip "preferred views" in the future when possible.
