BWV - Availability in September and 1 br location

We are looking at renting points for the 1st week of September 2017 at BWV? We like to plan wayyyy in advance. How difficult would it be to get two 1 br at that time of year? Also, we'd like to get the rooms next to each other. Is that even possible?? TIA

You will not have difficulty getting two 1BR's at that time of the year if you're going to rent at 11 months. Standard view will probably even be available and as well as boardwalk view but if pool/garden view is also an option you'll be in. Getting next to each other will always only be a request. You'll need to have "traveling with xxxx" noted on both reservations and double check when you arrive and check-in. So that may or may not happen.
