BWV August 15 - August 20 Prefered View Studio Rental ***Gone***

I have this available due to a cancellation. This is a for the Boardwalk Villas Preferred View with Check-in on August 15, 2004 (4:00pm) and Check-out on August 21, 2004 (11:00am). This is 66 point rental at $11 per point (what I charge for rentals under 100 points) for a total of $726. I require that both parties sign a rental agreement and payment be made by certified check or money order. I require a 10% deposit immediately and full payment 45 days prior to Check-in. I'm going to make this rental available here for about 5 days and then post it on ebay on Friday evening.
