Terms:

1-100 points: 100% due upon receipt of DVC written confirmation
101-200 points: 50% due upon receipt of DVC written confirmation and 50% due 2 months prior to the first day of the stay.
over 200 points: 1/3 due upon receipt of DVC written confirmation, 1/3 due 4 months prior to the first day of the stay, and 1/3 due 2 months prior to the first day of the stay.

No refunds, but changes in reservation can be made.
