After the post about another popular hotel right outside DLR that did not treat their guests right I wanted to share our expirence.

My mom and I came back from the parks to find that there was a problem in our room. The manager and several workers were in it. The manager explained that there was a leak from the room above (toy in the toilet) and that she had over seen the move of all of our personal belongings into the room nextdoor. They tried to put everything in the exact spot it was in the damaged room. We were given a gift bag and a refund for one night. They were very helpful even before the water damage to the room.

My mom was impressed at the location, staff and room quality.

She was a bit bored of the breakfast after 3 days, but we had been on the DCL so I think that played into it. They had cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, danishes, cinnamon rolls, toast, waffles, croissants, sausage, egg patties, juice, milk, tea and coffee. The only thing I can complain about is the coffee-both the in room coffee and the one in the breakfast buffet taste awful. If anyone thinks Disney coffee is bad, this is worse. Jam for the toast/croissant-no PB so pack your own if you want PB.

So many folks only speak up when something bad happens so it is nice to see positive feedback.

:)

I am so glad to hear this! :thumbsup2 We are book there for our Jan/Feb birthday trip. Thanks so much for posting. I understand that things can go wrong, but when the hotel staff provide good customer service and resolve issues quickly I will continue to support them.

My parents just stayed there last weekend and had no complaints (but maybe because they don't drink coffee...). :) My mom said the bed was comfortable and it was an easy walk!

My mom had trouble the first time using the shower and couldn't get much water to come out and then after showering couldn't get it to shut off. I called the front desk and the maintenance worker was at the door in less than 5 min. He said he gets a lot of calls about the shower-they installed new ones that have a fancy handle but you need to pull it out not just turn it to get the water to come on and off.

We have re-booked another Repo cruise next September. My TA is away right now but I will have her look into booking again after our cruise.

We also enjoyed our dinner at Millie's Restaurant. We were there after the parks closed so it was after 8:30pm. My mom and I could have split a chicken burger (we both ordered one) as the portions were large especially as it was a late dinner for us. We had fun playing the skill game on the table and after dinner my mom decided to purchase one for my dad.

We have stayed at BWPPI a bunch of times and we have always had great customer service. I'm so glad you all had a great stay there too!
