BWPPI pool ?

Hello- we are staying at the BWPPI in July and this is our first time there. I was wondering if anyone who stayed there had a ballpark idea of how long the pool is. I am training and will be swimming in the morning and would love to know in advance so I can plan training days accordingly.

I know it seems like a strange question but thanks for humoring it.

I have no idea, but you should be able to contact the hotel directly to find out exactly how long the pool is.......

I did-I got a very polite person that did not know the actual dimensions but could tell me it was small to medium sized. Oh and it goes from 3 feet to 6 feet deep. Thanks for the quick response though. I am fairly sure someone at the front desk thinks a nutbar is coming to stay this summer.

It is not big enough for laps, we stayed there in 05 and my son played in it.

Most of the Harbor motel pools are quite small and not really suitable for lap swimming. However, the Anaheim Plaza inn (just a few doors down from your hotel) has an Olympic size pool.

You might want to ask them if they would allow you to use their pool area (or just sneak in since security isn't really tight or anything at these off-site hotel pools).

Its quite small, its a square shape as opposed to a rectangle from memory about 40 foot by 30 foot. Not great for swim training. The Anaheim Plaza Hotel is about a quarter mile up the road and it has a huge pool, I think its a olympic length (ie 50 metres). Anaheim Plaza tends to be a bit cheaper than BWPPI too.

Ooooo cool thanks so much. You all are great. I am so glad that I asked. I am going to call the Anaheim plaza right now- we have already booked at the ppi (travelling with very small children so distance is an issue) however I will see if they will allow usage if I ask nicely. Thanks again.
