I already have reservations for BW Park Place Inn at $841.50 for 10 nights (but this does not include the 15% tax). I did a search on expedia and found Park Vue Inn for $740.15 (I assume this includes tax but doesn't include phone calls or other surcharges). When I added the tax to BWPPI the difference is about $230. Is it worth it to just stay at BWPPI or are they similar emough to save the $230 and use it for better things (like Disneyland merchandise)? (My avg expedia rate is $62/night for Park Vue, is that good? I assume that my $84.10/nt at BWPPI is a good deal). :confused3

I would check the reviews at www.tripadvisor.com and see what people have to say. We have not stayed at either (but have looked at them when booking...you have a good price on both) but had friends who stayed at the BWPPI. They really liked it. I also have friends who moved out of the Park Vue because they didn't like it. Not the same people so it is hard to judge based on their experience.

We've only stayed at the BWPPI not ParkVue. We loved the BWPPI. We had their mini suite which was great since it gave the kids room to play. We were on the second floor, about 4 rooms away from Harbor blvd. We did not have any problems with noises, granted we were passed out each night. I did not use their couchers for breakfasts, but dh took the kids one morning. It was a basic continental breakfast, no frills. I believe you do get the option of having pancakes at the restaurant, however you need to pay for drinks there. The pool really is tiny and is situated between two buildings and the parking lots. We didn't use it so I can't say more than that.

The Best Western Park Place Inn is a much better place to stay than the Park Vue and worth the extra $100.

Thanks all! I think I am going to stick with BWPPI. Most reviews I've read were pretty much positive for BWPPI but not all (although most too) were positive for Park Vue. Thanks again!!

You may want to try looking at Desert Inn and Suites. It's nextdoor to BWPPI but is often much less expensive. That's what I did. I first got BWPPI at $89 a night, but then found the Desert Inn for $59 a night for the same dates. And Desert Inn got good reviews from DISers and Trip Advisor, and has an indoor pool, BWPPI only has an outdoor pool. Their website is http://www.anaheimdesertinn.com/
