BWPPI or CCI

Yet another "where should I stay?" thread. Sorry for that.

The wife has mandated that we price an offsite hotel along with PPH, which is our first choice. So, my question is: Which of these two is better?

It will be me, wife, her mom, and our 3 y/o daughter. We want walking distance, safety (of course), and decent rooms/beds.

So,
Which has the easier walk?
Which is safer (or is it a push)?
Which has larger basic rooms?
Which has better beds?

What say you, DISers?

I have stayed at both.

BWPPI is the easier walk - by far. But, CCI does have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes - which can make your walk shorter.

Safer? I would say BWPPI may be a little safer. It is right across the street from DLR whereas CCI is down a ways. Both are safe. BWPPI may be a little more.

At BWPPI I have only stayed in their mini-suites with room for 6, whereas at CCI I stayed with only two people in a smaller room. So I think it depends how many people you have and how big a room you want.

Beds? I do not remember there being a difference.

We always stay at the Candy Cane. Very clean and excellent staff.

If it's about location, BWPPI is literally the best you can do other than a good room at Grand Californian, and we know how much those cost!

We stay at the CCI -- agree that the staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean, cont. breakfast in included (delivered to the room in the premium rooms), and the shuttle runs on time (very helpful!).
