BWI Garden Suite and AP

Does anyone know if the AP rates apply to a Garden Suite. While these aren't considered suites, per se, I didn't know if they fell into the suite category. I love the concierge deluxe, but we were thinking of staying in the Garden Suite in July. I don't know if I can go without a balcony though (I know that 2 of the suites have balconies, but I don't want to count on getting a room request honored then being disappointed).

I was able to get a great AP rate for a garden suite back in 2002. I currently have my reservation for march 22-27 but the suites are all booked and they couldn't give me the AP or spring rate I was really hoping for a discount since they are so pricey during regular season.
