Thanks so much for the info. I contacted them and they referred me to the itinerary planning office, who took care of all my priority seatings. With all the hoopla over the new dining rules, I wonder if I will get a call back saying they can't do some of them.

Just got an update from a friend in O-town. The new e-mail address for Yacht & Beach/Boardwalk concierge/itinerary planning office is:

itinplan_epcotresorts@disneyworld.com

As of Aug. 1st the other e-mails will not work and you will get a message to go to the above e-mail address.

I am told this email is for Concierge guests only.
