BWI concierge contact e-mail?

Can anyone supply me with this? We're getting differing answers on whether or not our deluxe room we booked for December is a guaranteed BW view. Thought they might be able to clear things up. THANKS!

When we stayed in the deluxe BWI room we had a BW view and I think I recall that all those deluxe rooms do have a BW view. They all have concierge priviledges but they are NOT all on the concierge floor (we had to go up one floor to the concierge lounge). I'll look for the email - they were VERY helpful - they even helped us get an Illuminations cruise!.

Thanks ellen! I'll look forward to getting the address. Folks on the DIS are saying that the Deluxe rooms ARE guaranteed BW view (we LOVE that view!) but the CM who made my reservation said it is NOT a guarantee.

Thought maybe the concierge office could clear up the confusion! THANKS!
