I read 5304 has good views of epcot. What kind of room was this? Standard or ? What I'm looking for might not be possible... A 1 bedroom villa on the inn side, to get a good view of epcot etc. We are celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary in dec. We actually got married at disney with our family there. So a few days during our trip my in-laws are going to visit. Therefore we would need the sleeper sofa in our room. Villas are the only ones with sleeper sofas right? Is there such a room that has a view of the boardwalk AND a dreamy view of epcot? Do villas have conceirge? Where might the villas be located? Sorry for all the ?'s We just want to try to save his parents $ and give them the best...they've never stayed at a disney hotel! Thanks so much!

The Villas are on one side of the resort which are DVC owned and the inn is on the other so you can't have a villa on the inn side.

But if there are just 4 of you and you have 2 queen beds, it shouldn't be a problem not having a sleeper.

What about a deluxe room in the bwi? Does that have a pullout sofa? We would want a king size bed and a sofa sleeper? What rooms would that be? Ultimately, we want a king size for us when my inlaws wouldnt be there and we would take the sleeper sofa when they were there. Any suggestions?

From the information that I have been able to get, the BWI deluxe concierge rooms all come with two queens (and a pull-out sofa), not Kings. Some standard rooms have kings, but they don't have the sofa.

Here are some pics from and in BWI #5304. Sorry about the haze on the outside pics, I didn't realize my lens had fogged going from inside the cold room to the muggy warm outside.

Edit to say: As far as I know this was a standard room, if it wasn't that didn't tell me otherwise.

Actually, I don't believe it is a pull out sofa, it is a daybed designed for one person. That's why the occupancy is 5. Two people per bed and one on the daybed (more suitable for a child size).

The one in room 5304 is a small daybed.
