Buzzy was found?

So, supposedly a basketball player didn't know that the animatronic's missing items were stolen and bought them, but has returned them to Disney. People are saying that they're going to re-assemble the animatronic and send him to the Disney archives to be put on display. Is this true? I'm a long-time CC fan and I'm so curious because I've been following this situation for a while haha
