Buzz Preview?

What's the deal with Buzz's Space Ranger Spin? I know it doesn't officially open until April 8th (2 days after we'll be there) but when is it open for previews? One trip report i read made it seem like it was open the the public all day and another made it seem like after a certain time. When can i expect to ride Buzz? I don't particularly enjoy the ride (i'm rubbish at earning points so i get angry, lol) but mom loves it!

The previews are finished. However you might have some more soft openings untill the official day. Soft openings are not announced in advance.

I'm not sure if it will still be the case, but they opened it for a little while every day we were there (march 23-25). No anouncements just the ropes dropping and they wanted people on it. They seemed to be working the bugs out and there were some problems but it was great.

I think that this ride is longer than the American version, that is more rooms to shoot in which seems to help with the points. I'm a terrible player too but I've found the secret. it seems that certain targets get you tons of points. until you learn what they are, aim for everything and keep shooting. Try to follow the lazer beam and see where its landing.
