Would love to hear what anyone thought of 2006 Buzz Lightyear ride. No spoilers please for you lucky guys who are visiting DLP soon.

What were Q's like and how many times did you get to ride it? Were your pics worth buying? :bounce:

LOVED IT!!!

This was one of my son's favourite rides (he's 17), we were there the tail end of July when it was very busy but we made sure we got to the park early and made it our first stop. If I remember rightly we rode this two/three times, I even got a fast pass on the Saturday morning whilst my daughter was having her face painted but at 10:15am we more or less walked on and brought the fast passes home to scrapbook! We didn't buy any of the pictures as they weren't very good and as we couldn't work out exactly where they were being taken we couldn't improve them! Let's just say the concentration on our faces let us down!! :rotfl:

Awesome ride - the queues can be quite long at peak times but there's lots of fun stuff on the way. Denise and I both really enjoyed it and it's one of the rides we are most looking forward to doing again in 2 weeks. Pics are fun, especially the one that shows my best score: 624,000

So the photos are not free in Paris?

I've just been on the ride in California and you can email the photos to yourself free.

I hope to visit Paris again in November, been a year since I've been so I've missed this Buzz.

You have to pay for them in Paris, but the frames are funky!

hey what great scores ,i wont admit to mine ,lets say the two 9yr ods were way better. we did fast pass on this ride twice in july(10 min wait) and thought it was fab ,my only bad point being that it was a little bit narrow in some of the waiting area,s .I had the gun over my face in the photos and i didnt know which place the photo was took so wasnt ready for it the second time either .go for its a lot of fun

Love the look of concentration on your face Chris! :goodvibes

We loved this ride ~ we went in mid August and rode it about 5 times each day. The longest we ever had to wait was 40 minutes and that was on our first afternoon when we were so keen to do it that we didn't mind. After that, if the wait was any longer than 20 minutes we gave it a miss and got fastpasses for later.

we went on this 11 times(my son :wizard: is buzz mad) in our summer trip, we had actually been on the one in the states but this is very good.

he still says he wants to go to paris to see buzz when we ask him what he wants to do at the weekend! :)

This ride is fantastic - a big hit with DS! It's great when it stops for a bit when the Evil Emperor Zurg has interfered with the ride mechanism, and you can get thousands of points!!!

It is so much fun, we went in July and it turned out to be the most ridden attraction of our trip. We always got fastpasses but we would also get in the queue where we never had to wait more then 20 minutes no matter what time of day.
Funny we too didn`t buy a picture because there was always at least one face covered by a gun :rotfl: One of my friends thought she had noticed the camera when you enter the room with the giant Zurg but I was too ambitious to pose for the camera. pirate:

It was our second fave only to IASW (we were travelling with two 4 year olds :goodvibes ) and the last ride we went on today. Longest we waited was 15 mins.
