Buzz....is Maya Grill a Buffet?

Allears has the Maya Grill listed as a buffet restaurant. Is that true? Does that mean there is no restaurant on site where you can be seated and served?

I think you can also order from the menu for breakfast. But they do have a great buffet for breakfast.
