Buying tickets online

I bought our tickets online earlier this week through the Disneyland page. I chose the e tickets so I could print them out and have them with me. Well i never recieved an email like it said i would so I checked my Disneyland app and my tickets are on there. Can I just use my phone to scan the tickets at the gate to get in or do I need to go to a ticket booth to redeem for my tickets first before I go to the Gates? Thanks

If there is a bar code on the tickets on your app, you can proceed directly to gate and they can scan your phone then the machine will spit out a paper ticket right there, no need to go to ticket booth.

Pro tip...take a screenshot of the barcode page ahead of time so that if you have any app connectivity issues at the gate you can pull up the picture of the bar code instead to scan.

Yes there are bar codes on the tickets on my app. I didn't think about taking screen shots of them but I'm going to do that now. Thank you

That is brilliant. I haven't had a smart phone for very long, and I had planned on printing the tickets, because I didn't want to have to use data if I can help it (we're from Canada) and I know the wifi isn't great yet. Never thought about taking a screenshot. Facepalm moment right there. Thank you!
