Buying tickets from AAA?

I was considering joinging AAA to get the Disney discout everyone talks about but it seems to be the same price for a ticket at AAA as if buying a ticket from the Disney store? Is this right?

I would consider joing AAA not just for the AAA discounts on Disney tickets, but also for the other many discounts you can receive.

PS The main reason I have joined AAA is for the discounts on disney tickets and packages.
